You are not responsible for your husband's happiness.

Jean - I'm too lazy to post in your paying client thread but wanted to say that YES, you do need to get in a mindset of being deserving of payment for your time.

good luck, jean, i'm sure you'll do great with the training.

i always forget how much i like planning out my food ahead of time. yesterday i ate almost exactly what i said i would. except i forgot my second "dose" of vitamins! it's ridiculous that an otherwise (semi) responsible adult cannot remember to take a few pills every day. it is obviously the perceived importance. i used to take bc pills everyday without ever forgetting. i never forget to take my betaseron every other day. but i really do realize that the vitamins are important!! stupid brain.

breakfast: silk live! yogurt, coffee

snacks: luna bar, carrots, organic lollipop

lunch: spring onion noodle soup (from thai kitchen) with lots of frozen veggies

snacks: celery with peanut butter, clementines

dinner: "tuna" sandwich with lettuce and tomato on multigrain, curry tofu/potato/peas

AND: three more calcium pills (already took my first three), multivitamin, B12 chewable

I ran last night outside, so today I'll be at the gym doing a little weight training and hitting 3-4 miles on the treadmill. I'm feeling good, though I'm cranky because I'm out of peanut butter and I want pb on my rice cakes. Oh wells.

Breakfast: Still haven't decided

Snack #1: Don't know that either

Lunch: Can of light tuna in spring water in half a ww pita

Snack #2: Protein shake (soy milk with whey protein powder)- preworkout

Dinner: Grilled pork chops and veggies

Snack #3: Same as #1

I got to sleep in for more than an hour today, got up at 5:30 instead of 4:15. It's really warm here today but it was quite wet so I decided (for once) to run on the treadmill but 2 other trainers went out for the first time this spring. I did some speedwork, 2 minute intervals at 5K race pace and 2 minutes of slow jogging.

Breakfast: finished off the leftover meatloaf and mashed cauliflower
Lunch: leftover beef & veggie fried noodles
Snack: strawberries, roasted peas, sunflower seeds, cocoa snaps
Dinner: beef veggie soup
