Good morning! It's a busy, busy Monday. I'm catching up on some work I left over the weekend, and tonight my girl has soccer practice followed by a girl scout meeting. I'll be lucky to be back at my house before 830p. Thankfully the hubby will be making dinner tonight. Since there is soccer practice, I'll be running 2 miles. I've made up my mind to do the 10k instead of the 5k on Memorial Day, so I'll be increasing my mileage to get ready.
Breakfast: nothing (I know, bad, but I wasn't hungry at all)
Snack #1: 2 caramel corn rice cakes with 1/5 Tbsp lowfat peanut butter each
Lunch: Michelina's cheese manicotti, salad (2c 50/50 green mix, 3 oz carrots)
Snack #2 (preworkout): Snickers Marathon bar
Dinner: Salad, chicken parmigana
Snack #3 (postworkout): Snickers snack bar
canoe soccer sounds fun... if it were 20 degrees warmer this weekend! brr.

lunch: Amy's vegetable korma
snack: strawberries with chocolate
dinner: veggie chili and salad; a handful of corn chips which I haven't had in years!
Update before I turn in...I'm beat!
I ran two miles on the track without stopping.
