Good morning! I'm still sooo sore from the spin class. I took yesterday off and tonight I'm heading to the gym. I don't think I'll be running, but I may do a nice slow jog or a very fast walk. Anything to keep my legs moving and loosen these muscles up.


B- 2 rice cakes with peanut butter


S #1- nothing (late breakfast)


L- large salad (I added rudabega!)


S #2: Snickers Marathon bar preworkout


D- whatever the hubby is making
