Personal Goal Check In?

So I've been thinking. Some of us mentioned that we have goals that we are trying to achieve (I don't recall the word resolution being used). For example some of us are trying to lose weight. Some are trying to consume more water. Spend less. Eat out less. etc. My thought is we can have a Personal Goal check in where we share our journey on the road to meeting that goal. So for example, I plan to pack my lunch everyday and drink more water -NO SODA! I would check in and say whether I packed my lunch and how much water I've consumed. We also can share when we fall off the wagon.
I've found when I have a support group (of sorts) its easier and

Ok ladies! There's enough of us to do this! We'll start on Monday. Tomorrow I will post a "What's your goal" thread. That is where we will say what is we are working towards and the plan. Starting on Monday I will post the Personal Goal check in thread...in there is where we'll share what we have on our agenda for that day to meet the goal. The following days will be the BUT you can also include if you fell off the wagon the day before.
