My goals are to:

Drink coffee from home
Pack a lunch everyday
Cook dinner everyday

I did okay over the weekend. I bought Starbucks ONCE! Every other day DH brewed coffee for us.

I cooked Friday and Saturday but Sunday we ate out...which is apart of the plan.

MONDAY:

-Today I have soup for lunch!
-I had to buy a coffee because we ran out of coffee beans and DH failed to tell me. But I bought coffee from McDonald's.
-DH is making dinner tonight

It doesn't take long before it creeps up and bites you in the butt - both literally and figuratively!

My goals are:

Swap soda for water
Get to bed by 10:00
Significantly reduce sugar intake

Here's how I did over the weekend:
I drank NO soda at all on Sunday! We were at a swim meet on Saturday and they ran out of water so diet soda was my only choice (outside of Gatorade which I definitely didn't need)

Went to bed at 11:00 on Saturday and 10:30 on Sunday so I'm getting better.

Sugar intake: Not so good... Saturday I ate several chocolate chip cookies and Sunday I ate a candy bar and a chocolate chip cookie.

Think I'll work hard on the sugar goal today. Less sugar would help me in so many ways! it will help with my weight. It has been loosely linked to cancer (see Anti-cancer: A New Way of Life - book by David Servan-Schreiber for details if interested), and my blood sugar levels were high, but not diabetic high, the last time the doctor did a blood work up. So far, so good. Raisin Bran for breakfast and trail mix (no choc. chips or m&ms) for snack this morning. I'm headed for lunch and that should be easy. I'm thinking open faced sandwich, milk, and carrots.
