My goals are: Drink water instead of diet soda Significantly reduce sugar intake Be in bed by 10:00
Yesterday I had NO soda at all (YEAH)
Made it through a church dinner without eating dessert (YEAH) but then had a chocolate chip cookie at home later (oops - this seems to be a trend... Time to get those things out of the house)
I was in bed by 10:00 and asleep just after 10:30. Timing was okay but I would like to start dropping tv from my evening routine. I just think I could do more reading and be more calm in general if I avoided the extra stimulation.
Today I am going to continue to work on these three goals.
Well, I didn't make it on my exercise bike last night.
Packing my lunch:
~~I baked turkey legs for DH and I. I also packed fruit and a salad. YUM!
Brewing my own coffee:
~~NOT! But I did not go buy any either! YEAH!
Cooking Dinner Every Night:
~~I took ground beef out for Hamburger Helper. We will also have salad and texas toast.
For today....
1. bring lunch each day to school
2. make my own coffee and bring it to school
3. on time

Going to cut out Cokes between meals (so far, so good) & no TV for the last hour before bed.
