significantly reduce sugar intake: one cookie - considering the alternative, not so bad. I even threw the rest of the cookies away!!!! I hated to do it because I didn't want to waste it but... better go to waste than to my waist! :)
Get to bed by 10. I was in bed and relaxed by 10:15 - asleep by 10:30
Oh, and I let the family in on my plans and enlisted their help.
My goals for today are the same. So far, so good. I resisted the urge to get a hot chocolate at the Starbucks inside our grocery store. I have a gift card so it would have been free too. I could just imagine all the sugar in one grande hot cocoa and pictured it as individual teaspoons of sugar and could bring myself to eat them... :)
