Poor girls.I just have the kid who has odd stuff happen to her.She will be doing normal everyday stuff snd she can get hurt. Two years ago when she was almost 11 she wraps her hand around the car door and being that my child is almost 11 I am not looking for little fingers, plus she was sitting in the back sea and I am closinig the front door.I ended up closing her fingers in the door somehow.Thankfully I busted a ring on her on finger and not much else since the coushioning caught most of her hand. Why the child's hand was anywhere near the front or in the position it was in still confuzzles me.She also got whacked in the head with a wiffle ball bat when kids were breaking a pinata. The girl with the bat wasn't paying attention when she was swinging but still.Gabby just gets different injuries, she really isn't wild or crazy but if there is any possible way something can happen to someone it will be Gabby.I hope Natalie's finger is ok.How is Kate's back?

I can relate! My DD's nickname is Crash - graceful she ain't :) - she can barely walk through a room without tripping over her own two feet!! I have had her in ballet/dance classes (plus gymnastics) for the past 4 years (she is almost 10 now) and it hasn't helped a whit...

But is your dd graceful on stage?Gabrielle actually carries herself like a ballet dancer.Evryone always comments how tall she is and she actually is not tall at all she just carries herself well. She still manages to trip at the oddest time.It is usually when she is in flats or sneakers, not her 4 inch heels.;-)

Hugs to you. Keep in mind they are young. they will heal. it might be an unbalance of their bodies that are causing all the accidents. Just stay calm and they will be okay. Take care.

I know Chelle its rough trying to get the kids not to do those things. i have told Jackie not to run on the concrete around the pool at her grandmothers house. we have gotten 16 stitches in her chin. and she has fell in the pool over a dozen times as well. all because of "silly" things she did with out thinking. All kids do it. Its going to get better. It just might take a year or two. You are doing the best you can thats all that matters. Hang in there. ((((((HUGS))))

Wow, Chelle! You really DO need to move in like next door to me, LOL!! ;)

I'm really sorry you all have had such a rough time. I hope that trend breaks now! (Maybe "breaks" is not the word I should be using!). I'm also glad that none of it was really serious, but how stressful!
