hey, at least you made the list...elementary teachers did not! Kindergarten teachers did, though.

That is interesting. Also I was surprised that Special Ed teachers were lower on the list than other teachers.

I'm #18, dh isn't really on the list, we own our own business so he has a lot of "titles"!

You'd think as a teacher, you'd be more important.....

My future profession (para) is even lower....didn't even crack the top 100 (104)!

DH's job isn't on there....but around here at least, he's safe....his is the only buffet restaurant in the county!

His job keeps the dieticians, doctors, nurses & fitness trainers in business, though!

I figured 104 wasn't bad, in fact I think anything on the list is good.

That's because special ed budgets get cut when the economy tanks.

You'd think funeral director would be higher on the list (it's #84), because people die at the same rate regardless of the economy. So it must be the most stable job out there. Not much hope for a bonus, though, unless there's a plague or something!

DH is in IT, but isn't on the list because he's an executive and their jobs are never safe! Every time he's spared, we breathe a sigh of relief.

I'm the Christian Ed Director for my church, a stable job, but it's not on the list because you can't live on it!
