There was an article in the Washington Post today about how daily journaling contributes to more weight loss because you stick with things more if you write it down, diet and exercise. So, participate in the journal--add quantities if it helps. I know I slack as quantity goes.

Yes, this board has helped me to "get real" and be honest about my calorie intake.
