Freedom At Last......

He is finally out of MY house. The divorce is no where near final, however he agreed to be out of the house by May1st. Well I allowed him until Saturday. Well my family came over to help me get things situated and the locks changed on the door, well he called about 10pm last night to see if everybody had left and I informed him that he no longer had a bed to sleep in that it had been moved to the garage. I politely turned his statement around from earlier in the week. He stated that he could spend the night at his moms. I told him I thought that was what he was doing. This morning he came to get the kids and he started badgering me once again(he had been doing that all week, threatening that he was not going to be moving out) I just let into him told him he was being a ba*****. He now has the kids until Wed. Morning I will pick them up after school, and have them until Sunday supposed to be morning, however next sunday is mothers day and according to the standard visitaion for holidays I will have them. Depending on his attitude this week I may bring them over to his parents house that night. All I know is I am ready to pop the cork on the bottle of wine and celebrate being alone and having quiet time to my self. It is amazing what is on t.v. other then cartoons.
