I've read this in so many places. My feeling is that foods that have HFCS are overprocessed anyway and should be avoided.

It just makes my head spin that the corn/agriculture industry/lobby can put out those commercials claiming that people who avoid HFCS are somehow "wackos" who don't have any solid info to back up their claims. There's more than enough evidence against it.
