It's called the Easy Walk Harness and it fits over your dog's head, then under and behind the left front leg. It's amazing. I bought it at Pet Smart. It's $21 and change but it has a guarantee if your dog chews through it, they'll replace it for shipping and handling, like $5.00. So of course, Wally had to chew through his first one!!! I thought he was laying there peacefully but he was working the harness. LOL! Anyway, I won't walk him without it anymore. It puts all the leverage on his chest instead of his neck or back and it makes a huge difference. He really can't pull me on the leash anymore and we look so professional walking down the street! :)
