Wren,
I read your journal every day! Thanks for also being supportive in my journal. My day is going well. I went to a Neurologist finally about my migraines. He is ordering an MRI which will be tough for me due to the fact I am claustrophobic. He also prescribed me a mild sedative. But, we'll see what happens!
Great weigh in today....195.2...my lowest yet! Hoping to be down to 188 by x-mas. We'll see! Have a great day!

i use a scale of a different brand that measures body fat. i think it is helpful to have more data to consider as you evaluate your progress. sometimes there is no loss on the scale weight, but a loss of body fat -- which is a huge & positive change in your body & health. by my home bf measures, i have lost over 6% body fat since starting lawl.
