There ya go, scaring me again, lol!! MY hair is very straight, all i do is blow-dry it with a large round brush, & then spray it...viola! It's done! This is the easiest style i've ever had, other than the spiral-perms which are out of style now. All i add is a bit of volumizing mousse to my towel-dried hair before i blow-dry. It holds the slight wave i have in my hair beautifully! I LOVE my hair stylist!!

(But the perm was easy, too--just wash, add some gel &/or mousse & i was gone! It totally dried on its own. Then i would pick it out so it didn't look all "crunchy".)

...and yes, my mood IS better today...:D

I am feeling better...the sun is out & it's warmer here today. I sure hope you get to feeling better soon, as well...do you have any ginger tea? I know that helps me, when i'm nauseated.

Glad to know i make you feel like smiling, at least when i'm not depressed, lol... and the hair is really easy to do & dry...to take care of, in general.

Wren that ginger ale is the best thing for that tummy. That's about all I could drink for 2 days. Water just made my tummy hurt.
Hope you feel better, snuggle under the covers soon. Karen

Wren,

You were right about the scale. I am up 1.4lbs, but they told me that it wasn't the superbowl ribs, salad, and beans but the lean cuisine meals that I am eating every day. What do you think about the frozen meals. I have to have something quick for lunch without alot of preparation. These are great meals and quick and delicious at that. I eat a light breakfast and lean cuisine for lunch and then a nice dinner. I am still pressing on though, just need to do better planning I guess. I have tried to eat like Karen (v/8, oj for breakfast, but I am hungry so I do a slimfast or blueberry delite and that holds me. I am eating fish, chicken, and turkey from now on. LA says that I need to cut back to every other day on my lean cuisines. Now my scale says 208, but LA says 210.0. They said that I weighed in too late tonight 6:30p.m. and that's the other reason for the increase. this is the only chance and time I am able to weigh in. I weigh at home on the same day early in the morning so that I can get an accurate reading. Anyway, just keeping you posted. Thanks.
