oooh, pizza, peaches, squash & cherry pie! my goodness. all the goodies you had to resist that evening. but i am sure you were golden as always.
the double-crusted pie sounded terrific for the family. just remember that, on occasion, wren, you too, can enjoy things like that. the trick is portion control. have one small slice and stop at that. but only have indulgences like that when you truly want them. 'cause they are a true drain on your calorie budget, so to speak. and you have learned how to carefully balance your intake and outgo. you are maintaining so very well.

hey, wren. you *are* too hard on yourself. and your center just makes it worse. it *is* okay to eat some higher-cal foods from time to time. so long as you don't let it change your lifestyle. your healthy lifestyle has to stick regardless of little indulgences. and i definitely consider a slice of that pizza pie a reasonable indulgence from time to time. and with the way you exercise, you'll be fine having a little something here and there. just try to relax *a little*. you are right not to relax too much --- that gets us back in trouble. but we have to relax a tad every now & then.
