Hey,
My center never encourages me on the take-off. Why do you think this is? I asked about it at weigh in today and she said nothing. Is it because I paid for 15 weeks and I am almost at 191 (which is what I paid for)? Oh, something else. LA told me that the limited will not make me lose weight, but to boost my metabolism. There's a special going on (lose 8lbs or more 2-14 to 3-14 and win $100 store credit) I asked her about the special before asking questions about take-off and that's when she made the comment. I want to do take-off w/Karen. I am thinking that maybe when I am working my mind won't concentrate on food. The chicken breasts I bought were delicious. I was going to use those maybe. Still haven't decided.
Ok. What about pecans? Can I use those in place of almonds for my fat? Pecans have no sodium and 1g of sugar. I always omit my fat without realizing it. Just wondering. Well, can't think of anything more to ask. How are you Wren? Oh, lol, what's up with 20/20. I missed the show.

Hello again,
The almonds are 7 in serving, peanuts 10, and pistachios 15. How should I count pecans?

Jmlove,
Just looked in my meal plan book -- it says Nuts -Other 10. So 10 pecan halves should be fine. You can have them with some raisons or put a few on top of a salad for a change - would be good with low fat rasberry vinegrette.

Tell me a little more about the plan. Did it help before? How much difference in your menus will there be?
Curious.....I love experiements but afraid to try them for fear they will backfire.
But change-up is a good thing. We've seen it proven on the board before.
Good luck....hope it all works out.
Are you trying to get below goal so you have some wiggle room?
