Hi Wren!

I may glance at the Oscars, but I'll probably read mostly.

I see you like tilapia. That is the one fish I am just not wild about. I love all types of seafood even muscles. I saw where you like oysters. I am glad winter is almost over because I love oyster stew. I could make it with canned skim milk I guess and most things I can fake but I don't know about my stew. LOL I even love catfish. Tilapia just has a twang I don't care for. My fav is grouper and red snapper. I think haddock is a nice mild one I like to. Looooove bay scallops. The larger are okay but I get the frozen ones and I never, ever, get grit in the bay ones. I put them in a pan frozen and add lemon juice, garlic powder and maybe 2 tab of water to get them going then a lot of juice occurs and I boil it all out, brown them a little and add some spray butter and a little more lemon right before serving. I do the frozen shrimp the same way. I also have a microwave steamer and I steam them. Taste different. I could eat a different type of seafood every night. Another fav is lobsta but soooooo expensive. My dream is to go to main and eat my fill of steamed lobsta. LOL Very cheap there so my friend who lives there says.
