hope your night is going good. how are you feeling. and did you ever get to the doctors. sorry my mind is going can't remember. lol

today was a good day eating wise. stuck right to plan. i have even got my bars back to one a day. hoping to see if this helps. and also i drank 1/2 cup of the plumsmart to see if that helps in the other problem i am having again really bad.

You cook very close to how I cook. Load everything with garlic. I also love lemon on seafood. I buy the crab legs at my grocery store when the are on sell. Just put them down in boiling water and it takes a lot of the salt out of them. I tried steaming them once way before I started this program and they were so salty I could not stand them. But when I do them in the boiling water, add nothing, and let them sit after bringing them to a boil they are just right. Not to salty at all. I use kitchen sissors to openen them. So much easier than crab crackers.

I make my oyster stew with canned milk. Learned from my Granny. We had it every Friday night in the winter. So I would use the canned skim milk. I've done it before, but it sure does not taste as good as the full fat one. But you have to make sacrifices right. I always do things that I think will effect the weight loss even at this point right after I weigh in. LOL Great minds work together.

ooh, crab cake for breakfast. that sounds great, wren. i like that you don't just relegate yourself to "breakfast foods" for the a.m.!! i, too, like to shake things up by having steak, frozen pizza, or a little tuna sometimes as a change from the same-old-same-old for breakfast. i was never a breakfast food lover before lawl, but have grown to enjoy my egg beaters in the morning now. still gotta break the routine with something different every now & then!

best today, wren. have a beautiful tuesday!
