Karen, you go to the Red lobsta, tell them to hold the biscuits and get steamed veggies or salad. Eye ball the tater, sometimes it is very small sometimes just right, half of mine was just right. I brought mine home and actually weighed everything. Put what you think is to much in a people box and bring it home. My dog is not getting any of my left over lobsta no matter how much I love her. LOL The other thing you can do is get a couple of lobsta tail at Walmart and steam them or broil them. I don't know how much protein you get in the seafood but if it is two expensive to have all lobsta I add scallops and shrimp as supplements. The shrimp at walmart comes, pealed and deveined with tails on here for 9.99 I think I use that a lot and the frozen bay scallops. I don't care for the already cooked shrimp myself. I steam mine in the microwave (shrimp) and cook my scallops frozen right out of freezer in to pan with tiny bit of water to get um going by the time all the water cooks out they are done. Use that seafood, low fat and low cal. And they are saying now that the cholesterol they used to think was bad is the good cholesterol.

Gotta talk to wren about my oysters. LOL

I ate a piece the size of my thunb (biscuit) and I have up a lot for it, but with all the other things I had to eat it was okay and did not effect my weight. They are salty too. I should have told them to hold them but Tim likes them so I froze them. He can get one when he wants to.

Sorry I didn't mean to make anyone hungry. I'll take my food stuff to the food and recipe board then it can be your choice on reading it. I don't want to be a hindrance to anyone. I have made this program so much a part of my life and planned for everything I want just about, may just in a little different form but acceptable. So the posts on food doesn't bother me. I'll post about what I was going to post to Wren on the recipe board.

Oh, I knew you didn't mean anything by it, I just didn't want to make you any more hungry than we all stay. LOL I didn't think about it some may not want to hear it. I don't mind putting it down in the food part then people will have a choice. I do make little notes when I post my journal but hey that is my food journal they can just click next, right. LOL
