That's a great picture in my mind - you taking off the big heavy winter coat and showing a thin new you to the world!---And the world saying WOW!---I like it!

Thanks for the answers.

That is sad Wren. They would be so much better off if they would just let the products speak for themselves. Like for me. I tried them, I like them, I knew they really helped my SIL. The other things are really good and I like them. So I choose to buy them. I like the crunchy things with salad. I only have one a day usually if I can work it in. Or I have a half. And when I get the special they run for the little bagged crunchy things it is a pretty good deal, I get 10 for 8.00 and if you buy chips in the grocery store in portion sizes it is more expensive. I like the portion control. I even bag up other things on my own and mark on it with a magic marker, 1/2 protein, 1 protein yadda yadda and I have little 1/2 cup dishes I put my fruit in sometimes and all I have to do is grab one. I use press and seal to cover them and they stack that way. Like if I use the frozen peaches or blueberries, I take the time to measure and then I can just grab one and go. But they have not pressured me at all. I get what I want. I always help myself to the samples too. I did notice that someone mentioned what they had, had expired, but I noticed it says recommeded to use by such and such a date and that gives them a little leeway rather than when it says do not use after this date. I didn't know that when she did the post about the dates. Just rattling on here. LOL

Also Sue when you go into the center - ask for a new Gold Menu book - tell them you lost yours and go home and compare them...maybe this is an update?
