Sue, after I said I did not have a copy of the limited TO, noticed it is in my red plan book. Now it may be different that yours cause you are gold plan. Look in the front of your gold plan book at the contents and see if you have a take off plan in there. It includes the lites and it uses the take off juice, but you could use the stuff someone mentioned at walmart or fruit and it limits the protein and limits the veggies. Let me know I would be interested in knowing if you have a copy in your book too.

Wren,

Glad you made it home ok.

Just COLD and REAL Windy here -- but nothing coming down -- hubby working late and I have leftovers for his dinner from yesterday -- so had time to get all caught up -- or as much as I can on this busy busy board.

no problem about telling Karen that my menues are a good example of maintenance -- now that pressure is on me -- LOL.

I did think about you when I passed by the chocolate candies today -- the Valentine's candy no dark chocolate left -- and decided not to have a mini muskateer or crunch bar -- now the true test is if I stick to water and tea tonight -- feel full so should be ok -- but when the house is empty (as they say when the cat is away the mice play) that is my challenging time at times.

Wren,

Thanks for the vote of confidence--I know I can do it --but also know that it is a reality that weight fluctuates and you must balance - food and exercise -- though all in all my diet is way way more healthier than before more veggies and fruits than before.

Ended up having to run out for something for hubby -- so guess what went and bought a box of sugar free jello -- sometimes I will mix this up -- and dilute with some hot water for a hot TANG or Kool-aid type drink -- then chill the other 3 bowls.

Got a msg from DH -- he is actually taking the train home -(instead of a car service wheich he takes if he works past the last train)- so will have to head out in the cold again -- but at least he will be home by 11PM then we will start it all over again tomorrow out of the house between 8 and 9AM.
