you be careful...yes you are in weight loss phase again and be sure to take that vitamin and eat good foods like that banana.

sorry you weren't feeling well today. hope that you are able to keep that anemia in check . . .

so you think you may be cutting back on food too much? that's why you need the vitamin? your menu's always look good, so i must be overlooking if you are under-eating. are you skipping some things lately?

hope you get to feeling better very soon, wren. we need you around here!!
