what other info do you need? I am healthy no meds except zyrtec for allergies.
Weight 208.4
height 5'8"
41 yrs. old
want to lose about 25 more. and then I will see but I think I will be happy with that. About a size 14 for me. right now a 16.
I was one blue back in jan and they changed me. Never been on gold. Wonder if it would be not enough food, and if blue is to much. WHich would you suggest?

hey, wren. sorry about the acid reflux. maybe try a two-week course of prilosec to get you through this period, then check in with the doc if it continues. but if prevacid works better for you, certainly give that a try.

i've also been doing aloe vera juice daily per karen's recommendation. it's a natural healer of tummy troubles. you might give that a try. it is calorie free.

so glad you had a nice walk with dd . . . good times.

Wren,

Hope you find out why you are having problems with the heart-burn.

Reading back in your journal and saw you had creamed salmon and mashed potatoes -- wonderful comfort food. Growing up we would have creamed salmon on toast with a side of frozen baby peas. How do you make yours LA friendly -- skim milk and some flour -- do you use butter or margerine to make the sauce?

Hope your wknd is coming along well. Doing good here myself -- will be off to take Max for a nice walk before lunch. Have lots to do but am having a relaxing morning -- so happy to have an extra hr.

hi, wren. sounds like you had a lovely day with your family yesterday.

sunday's my favorite day of the week usually . . . maybe it's yours, too? perfect mix of time outside the home and at home with the family. and ds absolutely loves sunday school & kids' church. so it's a delight to see him learning -- and enjoying that time.

i got to spend most of my sunday with my family, then took a late afternoon flight. my conference meetings start up this morning. i'm just catching up on the board before the mad schedule begins . . . ;-)
