lunch chicken in wrap and lettuce

supper tuna noodles peas and carrots

and more water
vinegar tonic

yogurt or pudding not sure yet
ww pop 3 dairies

Biked 10 miles

great job biking 10 miles! how did you get inspired to go so long? that's awesome!

your meals look great. i'm curious -- how many points/day do you get? (i started ww online 2 weeks ago and love it so far.)

I have been trying to do 10 miles, so I try to do something else
while I pump the bike...
22 points for me, our Debbie from Fla is also doing WW..

One usually doesn't go down lower than 20 pts.
I am going to work for below LA goal...

Its tough tho doesn't seem to want to go off me..
Thanks for reminding me I forgot to add my weight to the online site...

Meals

Tuesday
Biked 10 miles

Breakfast soft boiled egg on wheat toast
apple juice coffee

Lunch salad little chicken sl bread
water
vinegar tonic due to acid reflux
* not sure what is going on but woke up with it

Supper baked haddock, cabbage slaw
water
pudding later on

Need to do some moving not sure what yet but
I need to do something
I had some church business to do today,

We had good weather today and got lots of walking in including a longer 3.4 mile walk.


Hope your eyes are back to normal.

Real busy today
Breakfast salmon on toast, coffee
v8
lunch liver and mushrooms onions broiled
water

supper cottage cheese on lettuce
salad
pudding
also today
I had strawberries, water
iced tea green with raspberry flavoring
OH I also had a few homemade french fries from
ds makings he made homemade fries..

That is why I didnt have starch for lunch or supper due to the
french fries..

You all have a great Saturday
its mighty cold here I woke up and the water
froze up So I had to get dh up to unthaw the pipes..
Well it is ok now with water ok

winter storms are making their way through tennessee now ... hoping we don't lose power!
