It sounds like she's making an effort to straighten things out. Like you said, you just want to know where you are and how much time you have left. And you want to get what you paid for. If anyone follows the plan, it's you. You'll have to keep me posted on what she says. Sounds hopeful!

I asked where Stephanie went and Tiffany told me she went to Oswego to be the manager (she was the assistant at my center). Isn't that where you are? She was the one who told me that I didn't have to buy more Lites to continue after the initial weeks I paid for until I reached goal. They probably let her go because she wasn't pushing the sales enough :(

Hope you have a good night! I'm off to get everything done before the Biggest Loser comes on :)

Hi Wren,
It's funny you should ask this. Red Lobster isn't as healthy as one would think. One of my managers at work used to work at Red Lobster. I told him that I get the broiled lobster tail, squeeze some lemon on it, no butter. But for some reason Red Lobster makes me....ummmmm... use the bathroom. He told me that they "glaze" the lobster, the shrimp, and a couple of other things that they broil in the fridge with this butter glaze. They oooze it on to marinade it every hour until it's ordered. He said you can ask the server to prepare it "plain" and they'll defrost one for you...at least they're supposed to. He said that even the baked tilipia in the foil pouch is loaded with salted seasonings and butter like substances. He said everything they prepare is generously covered with this seasoning. I'm sure if you asked they would (hoepfully) prepare it the way you ask. I would probably go as far as to tell them that for health purposes you cannot have any butter or seasonings. I've been afraid to go their since joining seeing any restaurant experience has hampered my scale results.

Now a question for you... I know how much you love the hot sauce. Do you think that the red pepper flakes would have the same effect? I used red pepper flakes tonight on my grilled chicken and WW pasta and it was nice and spicy and really yummy. Just wondering what you thought about it.
