Wren,
I have gone to Red Lobster. There are salads you can eat there as well as some of the fish. In the back of my plan book it lists it as one of the restaurants.
Thanks
Thanks
Well the computer is working so slow
Hi Wren!
About Red Lobster, most places will generally "cook to order" if you ask. But you never know just how much care someone will put in to being sure the ingredients you've asked them to remove will be honored. And I'm one of those people who doesn't like to complain and send things back, so I usually end up eating a couple of bites and bringing it home for my hubby. I have found that Chili's is very good about understanding dietary needs. Red lobester may be good too, I've just never asked. In fact, once I heard about the grilled lobster I felt a bit cheated and haven't eaten there since.
I ended up having salmon grilled on my George Foreman grill. I use just a drop of the Wegmans basting oil, a sprinkle of Morton's lite, and grill until it's about 120 degrees. Takes about 5 minutes. Soooooo good!
Sounds like you're going to have a great day today with your daughter! My mom and I weren't close until I was all grown up. I wish I had that closeness as a teenager.
Have a Happy Day!!!
Jacqui
Thanks for the info on Red Lobster
Blue plan
Sounds like you had a picture perfect day today! Good for you! I don't belame you about Red Lobster. For me it's scarry eating out at all because there's no control in how anything is prepared. Funny thing is, like you, I can go in to Wendy's and know exactly what to get. I can even go through McDonalds drivethru and get the fruit without blinking an eyelash. But you put a menu in front of me and I panic. It's still too new for me to be tempted with all those foods.
Hope you have a GREAT Sunday! It's going to be damp and chilly, so it'll be a good day for cleaning.
Jacqui
