I'm guessing the chicken with peanut butter wouldn't be too bad. There is a Thai peanut sauce that you can have with chicken and noodles. I'm guessing it'd be similar.

Now for that dessert.... I think that's another Wren original. It sounds so crazy, it's probably really good. Almost like a pineapple upside down cake. Now I'm going to have to try that sometime.

Glad your friend liked her cake. She's lucky to have someone to take such good care of her!

And I've gotta say...WOW! That's what I'd call a "Last Chance Workout!" I'm applauding you!!! <>

What is the difference in the journals? Just curious. I was always one of those kids who just had to know what she was getting for Christmas before hand and ruin the surprise!

Wren,

I did not like that Stabilization/Maintenance journal either-- what I did for awhile was write in the food categories at the bottom and then just make marks by them. Then I happened upon a RED ONE Food diary and asked if I could use that one -- it has more circles -- and if it has more than you are allowed you can always cross them off before you start recording your food for the day -- hope this makes sense.

Anyway, WTG on maintaining - what week are you in now?
