Looks like to me you have been maintaining for about a month now then. WTG!

Glad you are allowing yourself some treats. What brand of ice cream/flavors do you like.

I picked up some low fat Breyers Butter pecan last night (it was on sale) -- 120 calories for a 1/2 cup serving. I really do not like the taste of the sugar free ice creams.

wren, i didn't like the maintenance journal, so i asked to see the red and red one diaries. i chose to use the red one since it was closest to my maintenance portions. that is also how the counselors got confused and thought i was on red one weight loss. geez, hope they can keep things straight now! they finally have a good manager again. the one there when i started was terrific, but they've had turnover and it's a totally new staff there now. thankfully, they're a great bunch now!

i'm having greek salad, wren. probably too late for your dinner time, but maybe you'll try it another day. ff feta, red onion, cuc, tomato and lots of balsamic vinegar over romaine and red lettuces.
