I'm glad they're leaving you alone. You certainly are doing EXCELLENT on the maintenance. And it does sound like you're getting more and more comfortable with it. In a way, I can imagine it being a bit more learning and experimenting.

I did see a few flakes on the way in to the gym tonight. Supposedly up north will be getting a bit tonight, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it'll miss us. I'm just not ready for it yet.

Hi Wren!

I must admit, Thanksgiving is giving me a bit of anxiety. Originally when I joined I had it all mapped out that I would be done with the weight loss and stabilization before Thanksgiving. So shucks, one day of enjoys the holiday wouldn't hurt. Now all I can think of is everything that I "can't" have and how critical they'll be if I eat something "wrong". I guess I'll cross that bridge when I get to it, huh?

That shrimp and spinach salad sounds yummy! I'll have to add that to my grocery list for next week.

sounds like a great meal, wren. i miss spinach. i haven't had the nerve to eat it yet since the fda warning.

what kind of wasa cracker do you eat? i have some of the rye -- very good!
