Hi Wren!
Just say "no" to the lites! LOL! You are doing so great, they would love to get you back on the lites so then you can be their poster child for success. They can say "See! We helped her along the way! She helped herself by using LA Lites!" Your success has nothing to do with the lites. But you already knew this :)
Regarding the Body Fat scales... I use a Tanita brand scale. There's a bunch of different ones. I LOVE my scale. Like Mel says, there have been times when my scale doesn't move in the weight area, but then I'll drop 1/2% body fat. That makes me completely excited. Especially for those of us who workout out every day, even though we're not losing weight, we're gaining muscle. If you have any other questions, I'm pretty nerdy in this area and could possibly help!

I was wondering if there was one other person on earth besides MY dh who went to bed that early...WHEW!! Lol...he keeps trying to get me to "be normal" and go to bed when he does...i do NOT see this happening in THIS lifetime...that's waaayyy too early for THIS chickie!! :P:)) Maybe 10 or 11...that i consider EARLY! lol...

i use a scale of a different brand that measures body fat. i think it is helpful to have more data to consider as you evaluate your progress. sometimes there is no loss on the scale weight, but a loss of body fat -- which is a huge & positive change in your body & health. by my home bf measures, i have lost over 6% body fat since starting lawl.
