I'm glad they're leaving you alone. You certainly are doing EXCELLENT on the maintenance. And it does sound like you're getting more and more comfortable with it. In a way, I can imagine it being a bit more learning and experimenting.

I did see a few flakes on the way in to the gym tonight. Supposedly up north will be getting a bit tonight, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it'll miss us. I'm just not ready for it yet.

I love that expression "Salad Girl". That's perfect! I noticed you had a spinach salad. I'm still a little nervous about it.

And congratulations on your anniversary. Makes me want to sing you a song my hubby sings me on our anniversary. But I guess it just won't have the same effect typing it, huh? Well, I'm singing it in my head for you!

Good for you losing that .8! What did they say, anything?

Hope you have a good night!

I"m with Jess. Happy anniversary on your loss and your new healthy way of life. By now, it is the lifestyle for you and you will never go back to the old way of doing things. Keep on doing what you're doing. And keep inspiring us, Wren!

best,
mel
