Morning Wren!

What are you up to this fine weekend? And I say "fine" because the sunshine is blasting in my windows right now. At least that's what I think it is, haven't seen it for so long!

Happy Day!

Check out my journal Wren...I was changed to blue today. You were right!!

Anyway, my husband is very happy for me on my loss in weight. He loved me as I was before but is happy that I have so much more energy and am taking better care of myself by exercising. I still have a ways to go but this is a great start! Oh, and I had to buy two new pairs of pants this weekend because my old pairs were falling off my butt!! Happy to say that! I can definately see myself eating this way the rest of my life!

Well, I'm glad they don't increase the protein. I think the protein right now is perfect, and I wouldn't want to have more. Even the extra starch and fat I could live without, except maybe when I'm out to eat at a restuarant, or for a holiday party. Now the Veggies... WooHoo!!!! I'll tell ya, I'm a veggie lover, and only 3 veggies a day really drives me crazy. The extra fruit, that'll be hard. I have a hard time getting 3 in now. Completely love the extra dairy. As for the diary... I really love my circles. I will miss my circles dearly.

Wren, you have come a long way and you should be proud! Even with all those obstacles to overcome you succeeded! "obstacles are those things you see when you take your eyes off the goal". You certainly did not lose sight of your goal!

Wren,

I did not like that Stabilization/Maintenance journal either-- what I did for awhile was write in the food categories at the bottom and then just make marks by them. Then I happened upon a RED ONE Food diary and asked if I could use that one -- it has more circles -- and if it has more than you are allowed you can always cross them off before you start recording your food for the day -- hope this makes sense.

Anyway, WTG on maintaining - what week are you in now?

Great job Wren! So glad to hear you are maintaining! What a great feeling!

So, what is new with the new journal you received?

What is the difference in the journals? Just curious. I was always one of those kids who just had to know what she was getting for Christmas before hand and ruin the surprise!

That's great that you're maintaining. Must be such a nice feeling!
