Hi Wren!
I agree 100% with Mel. And I do believe we need to "re-program" ourselves. There are times I'll walk by the mirror at work and think "Wow! My pants looks too big on me!" Then there are the times I look and can't see a difference. We all need to love ourselves for what we are on the inside, and the outside will automatically look more beautiful.

I'm sure it's sleepy time for you! I'll see you tomorrow :)

"ps I have been training my mind to think thin I still think I am FAT, its just that the fat clothes are way over the size.. "

hi, wren. i think this is some mind-training that we all need. and like you say, i think that wearing oversized clothing -- our old *fat* clothes -- makes it worse. go out and get yourself at least two new pairs of pants and a few shirts that fit you *just* right. you deserve it. you have earned it. wear these to remind you that you are lean and fit! and that you worked hard to arrive here!!

i went out last week and bought myself two new pairs of black dress pants. and i've found my favorite new cut of pants: the limited's "drew". they fit just below my waist, are slim to the knee, then flare just the right amount to balance out my thighs. i will always have thighs, but they are rock hard thanks to my workout. so i am ready to show off my slim new self! ;-) but it was hard to allow myself to get out and buy new black pants, since i have several pairs in my closet -- all either worn out or ill fitting. so i realized that i deserve some new pants that i will get lots of mileage out of! and i went for it. hope you will, too!!

best,
mel
