Hello
Hope your second shift goes well. Are they still wrapping up the kitchen this week at the country club? I know how much you love walking, hopefully you'll be able to get out there this weekend and next week. The leaves are just starting to change and a few have fallen and make that crunchy sound. Ahhhhhhh!!!

Thanks for responding. I tried the vinegar and crystal light this morning. Wasn't too bad. I know a lot of people take vinegar for weight loss too and indigestion. I do have high blood pressure and am on medication for it. Would be nice if I could stop the medication, but I have been on it since my youngest son was born, which will be 11 years ago in November. So I probably won't go off it.
What types of protein do you have the best luck with on the take off? I have been using tuna and I did have 2 hard boiled eggs yesterday, and one today. Hope to catch you girls on AIM some night. My kids are on the computer a lot, so I have to fight for it.
