Yum, Wren! Sounds good. I loooovve the low sodium V-8 with hot sauce. And I knew you'd be proud of me for eating the halibut :)
So Sue is a new counselor at your center? Do you like her so far? I hope so! A good counselor makes all the difference. You haven't seen Stephanie at all? Hummm... maybe they just told me that she was changing centers.
It sounds like you're starting to really get the hang of the stabilization! Good for you! I love Wendy's salads. My husband loves that chili one. Me, I'm a fan of the mandarine chicken salad. I even make my own "home" version. Glad you and your children were able to spend some time together.

Thanks for the idea about drinking the stuff you can't eat. I bought the low sodium V-8 juice today and I think it is really going to help me get in all those vegetables. I was struggling to get in four. But a quick drink is an easy way to do it. thanks for the suggestion. Let us know how weigh in goes and thanks for being such an encouragement to those of us just starting.

hi, wren. so glad you enjoyed the soup! i *love* it. sometimes i get it too hot by adding jalapeno. and i add hot sauce, too, like you.
i understand when you don't have enough time to eat -> it's hard to get it all in. do you do fruit or vegetable juices then? fresh juices made at home by juicing or in the processor are the best.
