I have only ever done the gold plan or the LA Express. It is a yellow form with purple writing, I got this when i started the program.
In my book I have something called Take off which is really limiting and includes 2 bars.
WHERE is the copy in Which folder?? I don't know where this is .... I would love a copy. I don;t like the juice so i would prefer oranges
I have asked about this before I am just confused.
THe LA express had NO dairy or cheese....basically = lean proteins unlimited, green veggies == raw only, ok for oil and butter and vinegar, NO bars, No starch, No fruit (juice only - eeewwww)

Hi,
I'm just starting to get into the journals now! Is there a way to open to the last entry instead of having to go through tons of them to get to the up to date ones?? It was taking forever, and that's why I wasn't posting/writing journals. I just started my journal the other day, and hope to get more involved in others as well.
Are we allowed to do takeoff again? If so, I want to! I'd love to get another kickstart. 3 oranges sounds much better than that nasty, EXPENSIVE juice!
Your center sounds not so great... mine has been okay so far. I really like one girl, I don't so much like another who lectured me cause I had SF, FF pudding one day instead of a yogurt. I compared the nutrition information and they were almost the same! Whatever... I still lost over 2 lbs that week.
Wren, congratulations on your success! Tell, what is the best part of reaching your goal? I like to daydream about success!

This is my understanding
unlimited proteins (lean proteins - no pork )
unlimited RAW green veggies
ok for oil ok for butter
NO starch, no dairy - limited diet pop and coffee
lots of water
3 oranges breakfast, lunch, dinner
(versus their juice)
am i right/??
