I like hearing your good news!!
I am doing well thx for asking. I am down 10 at the center and 11 at home so it is really nice.
I switched from 2 bars a day to 1 bar one lite. I find every now and then I crave something so I omit the bar, but my weight was not moving so, i am going to follow it to a tee and miss nothing.
It worked last week so hopefully this week too, i have a wedding to attend in 2 weeks and hoped to be 135 by then. we'll see 5 lbs is a lot in 2 weeks.
They gave me a meal replacement to try so I will. I will do it for a dinner.
It was funny the counsellors have all these ideas you know about losing it quicker but I keep telling them, I need to learn to eat properly b/c if I keep doing short cuts then what will i do once this is finished? I need to learn how to eat NORMALLY not with cheats. OH well
Wren I am so amazed by you, b/c you have come so far and it is truly a lot of work - I know I know it isn't that hard etc.. but everyday you had to choose to eat well and not pick bad things. SO CONGRATS to you again
Hey did you ever try they supplements? like the fat burners or whatever the "vitamins" are???

Congrats on making it to stabilization! Even if your center isn't that supportive, you've got us right? :)
Sounds like you're working a bunch! Try not to burn out. Make time for "you" if you can...take it from one who specializes in burning out! I used to pick up extra shifts like crazy because the money was so good, but I paid the price in the end because I was so exhausted. It got so bad that I actually put it down in writing that I would pay my friend $100 if I ever picked up more than 1 extra shift a pay period. That'll keep me from killing myself again!

FINALLY! Just remember, YOU made your success inspite of them, not because of them. And that's great! There are so many challenges we have to overcome in our weight loss journey, it stinks that you have obstacles at the place that's supposed to support you.
Are you going to keep with the Lites? Me personally, I still wish I hadn't bought them. There's way too many days I skip them but log them anyhow so I don't "hear" about it or void my guarantee. For the calories, there's just way too many other things I'd much rather be eating. But that's just me.
