Saturday:
Breakfast: tuna on melbas
pear coffeee
* a Senior day
Meaning I take this day and visit them
so I dont eat much

Supper: lg salad, broiled haddock
pudding for my dairy
jello
water and I also
had a ugly fruit
2 laughing cow triangles with melba rounds

I was gone all day visiting and when I did get
home I was tired..

Sunday:
Breakfast/Brunch * restaurant
Out with friends** It was fun but I seldom
eat out with people, due to it will effect
my weigh in tomorrow..

scrambled eggs, half of english muffin dry,
coffee tomato juice,
fruit with a little vanilla yogurt on it
water
Later tonight I have
a church meeting again * I am a counsel member and this
job is not fun esp at this moment in time..

NOT sure if I will have much when I return from this meeting..

Bed time is or should be early due to school in the morning..

Not much snow here hopefully it goes South..

Its so far been very hectic for me,
One thing after another on stress

I havent over done the eating but I havent eaten all
my points either. I have this problem that when I am
stressed I dont eat and that is as bad as over eating..

Well you stay warm..

Sorry to hear of your snowy conditions
I am not a snow person this year.

I agree with you -- tired of the cold winter as well -- even though we have not had much snow this winter.

hi, wren. hope your week is going well.

what kinds of ww frozen meals do you like? i like the ones with an asian flair best so far .... szechuan noodles with shrimp. beef with pineapple.
