I have been trying to do 10 miles, so I try to do something else
while I pump the bike...
22 points for me, our Debbie from Fla is also doing WW..
One usually doesn't go down lower than 20 pts.
I am going to work for below LA goal...
Its tough tho doesn't seem to want to go off me..

great job biking 10 miles! how did you get inspired to go so long? that's awesome!
your meals look great. i'm curious -- how many points/day do you get? (i started ww online 2 weeks ago and love it so far.)

Breakfast egg toast coffee apple juice

lunch chicken in wrap and lettuce

supper tuna noodles peas and carrots

and more water
vinegar tonic
yogurt or pudding not sure yet
ww pop 3 dairies
Biked 10 miles

Church coffee,
Lunch time soft boiled egg and toast v8 and coffee
* this is things I ate today not in order just
what I had..
grapefruit
Supper lg green salad, egg beater mushroom omelet with
sprinkled cheese
apple
water large blue diet kool aid drink
* biked
Church this am so I didn't over do things.
No sun today

Breakfast: old fashion oats cottage and coffee
clementines
On the road plain yogurt w sweetner * 2 rice cakes, 1/2 cup corn
coffee *** it was late when I came or got home
and didn't really want to overly eat before supper.
grapefruit
Supper: lg green salad, Oil/vinegar, roasted chicken breast,
water
Later
pudding Jello if needed
Biked and helped clean up at church today or this afternoon

I do agree once in awhile one needs the surge of protein..
Those are the times I eat beef, and it has to be the best or its
not worth it on the scale..

hi, wren. your meals look good. glad you got in some time to dance and bike. i'm sure that helps with mood during the dark days of winter. :-)
a sirloin burger sounds quite good. i used some serious points last sunday having a burger and fries. it was super yummy. i didn't even have to eat the whole portion to feel satisfied. it was just nice to have an "allowed" splurge!

Meals Jan 22 Friday
Meals are all over the place no special time
due to I was in and out today
Walked in the sun and dancerized plus biked
Breakfast:jello with cottage melba coffee
clementines
apple
Lunch: rice cakes 2, water, chicken
v8 and water
Supper: sirlion burger lg salad, mustard dressing
water soda water
jello
ww pop, pudding 3 dairies for me
* I am over 50 and on WW they require 3 milks or dairy
I am not sure if I will eat much more..
I am not sure I have posted it all SO I may of forgotten something...
