Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.
7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.
I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)
Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

Phew, I've had not one but TWO very good #2s this afternoon. My stomach feels flat again. Maybe tomorrow's scale will be happy to see. Hoping so!
It's snowing/sleeting here, and my evening plans are pretty much scrapped. I'm thinking it'd be a perfect night to get my carb craver pizza, but I'm so interested in what I'll see on the scale tomorrow morning that I don't want to chance it.
So, I'll just cook something healthy and low-salt here and see how it goes.
Mel, dont' you think that with that much exercise a week and with the LA meal plan, I should have at least been losing a pound a week the past two months? I wish that were true! If it were, I'd be seeing 178 as a morning weight, not 186.
*sigh*
Anyway, back to watching the sleet hit my window....

Jess,
Glad you are feeling better and tummy is feeling flatter.
I am sure you have gained muscle so concentrate more on the inches than the pounds.
You still have another month of weight loss right? You'll get there-- hang in.
Be careful if you go out in the snow/sleet -- yucky here too -- will have to go and shovel either later tonight or early in the AM.
Off to to laundry and some last minute cooking for DH.

Hey there Jess!
Glad to hear about your #2s!
Dana, I use the senna tablets, they are right next to Sennakot at Walmart.
The Healthy Choice have less sodium.
What about eggs, do you eat whole eggs or only egg beaters, you can pick up a some fat that way too.
There is also no salt peanut butter in the Natural peanut butter, I was looking at my reduced fat Skippy, which I don't care for it had 170 sodium, my Natural has 120, brand Smuckers, I forgot to check the calories, 180/12 FT and Natural 210/16 FT, Not really that much difference to not have hydrogenated fat. That is why I use the natural :-)
I hope you get some relief.

Thanks Marg. I'm hoping to get one last good chunk of loss in the next month. We'll see!
Stay warm!

Oooh, yeah, Omega fatty acids. I already take one pill, in the morning. Think I should take two? or more?
I still want steak. HA!
I like the EVOO and vinegar too, but EVOO has more calories than a light dressing, so i go with that usually. Kraft Light Done Right are pretty good.
I just had some prunes and some FIber One, so I should have luck tomorrow in the bathroom. Fingers crossed!
ooh, I think I have to go check out the labels on all the peanut butter next time I need a jar. Good idea.
I usually have egg whites and if a yolk slips in there, oops, then i eat it. But I'm careful about that. BUt another idea, thanks!!!
I love the Kraft Light Done Right too.
I'll try taking one at night--good idea. And yep, I love salmon. I haven't been eating it as much lately, but I'll try a salmon-heavy week and see how it goes.
(and I'm SOOOOOO immodest about my bathroom habits--doesn't phase me at all!)
I didn't get a good one this AM like I was hoping, but maybe later. I just spent TWO HOURS shoveling snow. it's like wet sand that's glued together--insane. I'm freezing right now, but just had a hearty bowl of homemade chili and some egg whites and now som yogurt. tea is brewing right now!
Happy Saturday!
