Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.

7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.

I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)

Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

Yay! Today is my birthday!

And my morning weight was down again--down to a clean 181.0. Hooray!

Great workout last night, though this strength period of periodization is gonna kill me. Have to keep my HR at about 80%-ish, which is about 158 or so. That is TOUGH to maintain for a long time. I ran for 1/2 hour, then walked hills, then ran hills in intervals for a while. My legs were very tired by the end! And the entire back of my shirt was soaking wet.

Had a good dinner, but with my stomach flu remnants, I want to eat less than ever before, and I'm much more discriminating about the leftovers in my fridge. So, a nice, small dinner. But that's okay--with eating more throughout the day, a smaller dinner does well for me.

More spinning tonight, and then a nice quiet night at home. Weigh in is tomorrow, so I want to make sure I'm careful with what I eat tonight. That'll be my birthday treat--to see 183.6 on the LAWL scale tomorrow, which is my official 70 lbs.

hope you get out do a little celebrating tomorrow night once weigh-in is over! any plans yet? smart to take it easy tonight though, since you weigh in tomorrow.

Hey!

Another good workout. It's pretty hard to keep the heart rate at that level for an extended period, but I pushed to get there. My feet kept cramping on the bike during spinning, and actually for a while after. I came home and did a bunch of strength training stuff. Now I'm finishing up a sensible dinner and getting ready to take myself shopping.

I was extending my legs yesterday and admiring the fact that my quads are starting to pop out and become defined. Like, "cut." It's cool.

I took a set of comparison pics last night and put them all together today. It's amazing how much I've changed in the past 10 months. In some pics, I dont' recognize myself, and yet, it wasn't that long ago.

I weighed myself pre-gym, and it was 183.4...which means I'm in good shape for getting 183.6 tomorrow at LAWL. That'd be my 70 lbs. Can't believe it.

My menu today, for the hell of it:
B: egg whites, Fiber One, 4 oz skim
sn: grapes, rice cake
L: chicken, lettuce, lite dressing, string cheese, ww pita, orange
sn: apple
D: sweet potato, salmon, berries
Workout: 20 min arc trainer; 35 min spinning, HR goal: 155. Strength training (squats, donkey kicks, standing adduction, hammer curls, tricep dips)

(I'm short one dairy. Might have a glass of milk later.)
