Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.
7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.
I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)
Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

Good luck getting back to your 175.
Nice to see you posting again.
I am hoping to start bringing my lunch again to work -- that this will help me stick closer to plan -- lots of carbs/chocolates and take out for me -- been too busy at work -- and long days getting up early to get DH off to the early morning train has taken it's toll -- but a new week starting so time to try and get back on the straight and narrow.
Hope you are able to stick to your weekend eating plans.

glad all is well with you, jess. and like marg, i'm glad to "see" you around the board more often. we miss you!
push those extra cardio bursts and avoid the high carb & alcohol stuff -- and you'll be back to your happy 175 or lower in no time . . .
changing up bc can really do a number on a gal. i've been off mine since december and i'm so much more easily set off. the hormones are crazy! if we aren't successful in the baby-making area soon, i'll be back on my bc. i have enough drama in my life -- don't need flared emotional senses to go with it!
