Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.

7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.

I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)

Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

hi, jess. hope you're having a great weekend! that strength training session sounds awesome. i've been slacking in that dept myself .. . but it's the most gratifying when i'm into it.

Hello Jess,


I followed your progress, but never written anything in your journal. You are such inspiration and you did so well. I am also hoping to go down and reach my goal. I started out a little higher than you, but you're also about 4" taller than me, so that makes some difference.


I would like to get passed that 200 line, but I know it will take a lot of work.


I see that you exercise a lot. How many days a week do you do it and what kind?


Do you have any tips, advice etc.

Thanks, Jess. I do need help. I am usually ok with sticking with the plan like 6 days a week and then I do something silly on the 7th day. I don't exercise at all right now, even though I belong to the gym. I am a little embarrased to do classes right now because more of those girls are in some shape or not so overweight, so that's somewhat out of the question. Treadmill and eliptical works fine for me. I really like swimming, but my gym doesn't have one.


I have hard time motivating myself to do anything after work and this is practiacally the only time in a day when I could do something. My concern is that if I get to the gym after work around
