Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.

7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.

I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)

Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

Hey Jess,


Since you're my guru here :) I would like to ask you something - I see that you eat egg whites in the morning, so I have wondered about this. How do you make them, do you cook them, fry or ? How do you spice them up and what do you eat it with?


I usually buy free-range or organic egg, so I hate disposing my yolk, so

hey, jess. first - i can't believe i missed lost last night. i didn't know they had new episodes still . . . i'll have to watch it on the web today.

second, you've got *awesome* tips. i'm going to have to send more people to your journal for advice! ;-)

do you ever boil whites for snacks? they're awesome with a dash of hot sauce or horsey sauce. mmm!

I love eggs, but I only eat couple and few times a week. I love them in my salad boiled as well. Since I don't eat the red meat, that's my portion of cholesterol. Our body needs that too, so I don't think I will be getting rid of yolk.


I remember Wren told me it's good to have a dozen of boiled egg whites in the fridge all the time, so when you get extra hungry or have a bad day, it's good to eat them with a mustard and a hot sauce. I may try this. It's a light snack and you can easily fit it into your protein.


Although it true that the exercise is not part of the LAWL plan, it's good to keep moving and have some sort of activity. It gets your metabolism rising, it makes you lose slightly faster, good for your health and overall better shape and glow.


I already made my mini goal and that's a great suggestion. I will keep moving down. I know I can do this. 1-2-3 lbs

hey, jess. just have something silly to share with you. hubby and i came up with a name for the emotional me -> ava. she's a psycho gal on days of our lives right now . . ;-)

i can't get back on the pill soon enough . . . .
