Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.
7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.
I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)
Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

Happy Sunday!
I had a great bike ride this morning. I rode about 20 miles, from the same lot I parked at yesterday up and into Valley Forge park.
You know I had egg white omlet with mashrooms this morning. It was actually pretty good. With some tomatoes on the side, yum.
Do you have 8 egg whites as recommended by the book? I had 6, but it seemed like a

I know, Jess. 8 egg whites is a lot, but that's what my LAWL book says. I even asked the counselors at the center and they confirmed this. I wish I can scan it and show it to you. It's just bizarre. It says for 1 protein: 2 whole eggs, 1 cup of egg substitute or 8 egg whites.
3 egg whites sounds reasonable. I made 6 this morning and it was a lot. My pan was full and so was I, but didn't feel as heavy as I do when I eat the yolk.
2.5 protein a day is not that bad and 6 egg whites

While I'm fighting the effects of my hormones being out of whack (one week left on the old BC, and yet, this weekend I've been having a period?), I also decided that I've let things get too slack.

funny t-shirt. the only t-shirt i have with a statement on it is -- "time is an invention." i always get interesting looks when i wear it . . .
what really cracks me up is seeing a 60 year old woman with bleach blonde hair wearing a t-shirt that says "baby girl."
