Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.
7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.
I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)
Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

I peeled and cubed 4 large sweet potatoes (this made a lot).
jess, that sounds yum-o! can't wait to try it when i get back home!
okay, i'll try to stop bombarding your journal with posts now . . . my conference doesn't start till the afternoon . . . so i'm spending loads of time on the board -- gotta get that $10/day money's worth i'm paying for the connection. sucks when hotels charge for that.

Jess,
Way to go on getting that Monday morning run in.
Always seems hard to start out -- but once you get going not so bad -- made it out for a nice walk with Max - we try to go by the train station as soon as DH gets out of the car --otherwise if we wait till we get back home something gets in the way.
Sorry your pants were snug/tight -- had to stretch mine out a bit too yesterday.

The morning run thing is tough, for sure.
