Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.
7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.
I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)
Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

I think it WAS my salad dressing that was making me ill.
Hey Jess,
This sounds good. I usually don't buy sweet potatoes, but I will try this one. You can even add some red or green pepper, maybe some broccoli or cauliflower some other time. Eggplan would sound cool, but maybe on the side, not mixed into the salad. And then add some tofu or TVP and you get a complete meal in just a few minutes. I love simple.
Wow, man... you're kicking some serous butt with your exercise. I just decided to walk a lot for now and I do every chance I get. With the nicer weather, it's not so hard at all.
I see you guys talk about EVOO and I'm not sure what that is. It must be a US product only maybe?
Stay well

EVOO = extra virgin olive oil.
It's Rachel Ray's abbreviation, and I hate it, but it's easier than typing it all out. :)
Ah, now I see. It's so obvious, but I missed it. Yes, we have Food Network here, but I don't. I know who Rachel Ray is and she's a little annoying to me, to be honest. :)
Thanks Jess.

Jess,
Hope you were able to get your run in this AM --was a little cooler here today too -- 37 this morning.
Got a quick 20 min walk in myself -- was reading a little bit of Jorge Cruises 12 second sequence book and he stated that a power walk or run first thing on an empty stomach can really raise your metabolism.
Glad you are starting to see some results.

Yep, I got out for my run!
What a morning!
Finally, was able to get a good night's sleep, uninterrupted and anxiety-free.
Um, ugh.
It's amazing, frankly, how quickly your body can acclimate to clean livin', wanting pure, good fuel.
I'm really not feeling good after this morning's indulgences.
Happy Friday!
I've recovered, energy-wise, from yesterday.
