Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.

7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.

I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)

Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

aw, those tri clothes are super cute! you look fantastic! i personally feel slimmest in my yoga pants (though i don't do yoga, but hey, they're slim-fitting and make me feel fantastic!). funny how even workout clothes become a badge of honor . . . .

Hey Jess,


Looking good. You look so small now. How heavy were you in that old picture, if you don't mind me asking.


You're working out a lot and I am just starting slowly too. I started doing a lot of walk and some very long ones. I did yoga few years ago and would like to get back to it. I would also like to start tai-chi classes. I've done that too. It builds you up from the core and you get a great balance.


I would like to start doing some weight training as well. I always wanted to be strong.


You seem like you've build up some lean biceps. Good job, Jess.

You're going to the Cure concert??!! wow. I love them. I've seen them in concerts and they do amazing shows.


Your arms look fine. With the amount of weight you've lost, there has to be some extra skin. Your body and skin will still re-adjust itself and repair in a few years. Maybe not completely, but will get tighter. Try to apply some good moisturizers, maybe that will help skin to heal and tighten. Maybe do some hot and cold showers as well.


Have fun at the concert, you will enjoy them!
