Just to get it started. Red plan, no lites.

7/5, joined up. 253.6 lbs.
7/10, meal plan day. 251.4 lbs.
7/12, first official weigh in. 249.6 lbs. Total loss 4 lbs.
7/19, second official weigh in. 245.8 lbs. Total loss 7.8 lbs.

I had no (official) questions, and she had absolutely nothing to say about my food journal. (Because it's all there, no cheats.)

Now, just gotta do that 39 more times!

I went to the store to get Take-Off-specific foods (lettuce, cucs, peppers, cantaloupe, and chicken), and the rotisserie chickens were half-price, cuz it was 8 PM!

Hi Jess,

Not sure about that TO challenge. I'll have to check with my center to see if they are doing it. Plus that would mean weighing twice and, since it is across town, I'd hate to waste the gas.

Nope - this family reunion is bigger. All my cousins and aunts & uncles from my dad's side of the family. Will be around 80-100 people there, minimum. Last year was just my immediate family. They will all be here, too, except for one sister who won't be able to make it.

I'll shock a few people, but most of them have either seen me in the last year or so. It'll be fun, though.

Sounds like you are doing well on TO. I miss the dairy and the variety of fruit the most when I do TO. Are you doing the limited or unlimited - I can't tell from your menu how much you are eating.

awwww, you're an official fan of oatmeal, jess! bet it was especially tasty after you hadn't had it for a while . . .

i had some yummy oatmeal at my in-laws the other day: quaker simple harvest apples 'n cinnamon. yum-o. chunks of apple, and really cinnamony.

glad takeoff got some of the travel gain off. may be doing one myself soon . . .
